About

Built for the analyst who has to defend the file.

Surplus data is abundant and mostly unusable. The bottleneck was never finding cases; it was proving that a case is real, still open, and worth an analyst's week.

The problem we kept hearing

Desks were paying people to re-pull the same county PDFs every week, then discovering on day 96 that the surplus had already been disbursed, or that a second mortgage consumed it. The waste was not in acquisition. It was in verification happening too late.

The design choice

Every field carries its source: document, page, and the quoted span. That makes the file auditable by someone who does not trust us, which is the only kind of trust worth building. It also means we ship fewer fields than competitors, and we are fine with that.

What we will not become

A claim shop. The moment we contact claimants or file on anyone's behalf, we are a party to outcomes and the product's legal posture changes completely. We supply research to professionals who carry that responsibility themselves.

Where we are now

Six Florida counties, with the ingest pipeline being built county by county rather than announced all at once. When a county is listed as live, an adapter has been written against its actual documents and run by hand before automation.

Judge it on the sample

Twenty-five files, one county, free, auditable.
